In a selfish world,the selfish succeed

Has anyone watched the latest barbie movie, A CHRISTMAS CAROL?It's a great one, at least Barbie doesn't end up with a guy.Actually, I have just read the book A Christmas Carol in the summer holiday this year.Therefore, I am quite familiar with the story. In the barbie movie, it didn't change a lot of the original story.

I remember that the main character,Edan ,always said that the world is full of selfishness.Actually, that's true. It is not good , but it's true. In the society right now, people are sometimes put in the situations that are complicated. They have no choice, they have to be selfish if they want to succeed in the business. In the reality, there is no happy endings.Happy endings are for fairy tales. People will not get any rewards after caring. Therefore, if you want to succeed, you have to be selfish sometimes.

I am not encouraging people to be selfish. I won't be selfish only because of fame and success.However, that's reality.We have to face it sooner or later.But if you ask me, I rather being helpful than being selfish to gain fame.
